I recently wrote a review on Stanley Steemer franchise in Holland, OH. They showed my location as San Francisco, CA trying to disguise the fact that the Holland franchise provided a very poor level of service at a very high cost. My carpet was left so wet that I had to use fans to try to dry some of the wetness so that it wouldn't mold. Tyler, the manager, was so proud to tell me that they use 600 psi power on the wand to deep clean. I've had my home carpet cleaned cleaned many times, and last Dec. I had my grout cleaned and they did an excellent job as always! The ladies and gentlemen that have come to my home to clean my carpet have always been very polite and attentive to cleaning the capet. When I have called for an appointment the ladies and gentlemen that answer the phones have always been very kind and helpful with what I need done with my carpet. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer, for a great job and professional people! 😃

We had Two rooms of carpet and two area rugs cleaned and added grout cleaning and sealing in our kitchen. Technicians Dustin & Austin were on time, explained the details of the job and worked efficiently and with great care. Everything looks great!!! We highly recommend Stanley Steemer and especially these technicians.

The two gentlemen were on a timely schedule. They introduce themselves and continued with their assignment. They worked extremely well as a team and answered my questions without hesitation. I was introduced to a product (a door mat) which I did purchased. It works wonders!!! I will be ordering another for the kitchen door. Thank you guys!!
