Horrible cleaning job. Even worse customer service. Worst carpet cleaner I've ever used. Their crew decided that they didn't want to move the furniture, so they only tipped the couch, chair, etc., up on their ends and cleaned around them. We asked for a second cleaning, and told them we didn't want the same crew. Sure enough - a member of the first crew arrives and tries the same stuff again. He swears he got it all. He didn't.
