Jimmy provided excellent service for my couch cleaning today. He arrived on time and walked me through the steps he’d be taking to clean and deodorize my couch. He spent time explaining what to expect after (couch will still be damp and I should keep fan running). He finished in a timely manner and was very polite. Thank you Jimmy and Stanley Steamer!
