Be aware, this is not an honest company.1) They did an extra job after i asked them not to, charged me for it...and as it turns out even cleaned out the wrong duct!. I have called them about 4 times and the dont return calls. Besides this, they offered an extra service to clean "bacteria" and upon checking..my ducts are still full of dirt. I highly recommend not wasting your time and money.

Absolutely no way! Rip off! $298 for less than 10 minutes of work 12 steps and 2 small landings and a 7x10 area rug! Totally unsatisfied and no response from owners. Use another rug service.

I was disappointed. After calling me that he was on his way an hour later I had to call to find out when he will arrive. When he came he said he would not move my sectional. I told him it was easy to push that I just had hip surgery and I could not move it. I told him if he did not move the couch I would make a complaint. He then said he would do it. He rushed cleaning the carpet. Nothing like the commercials. When he left he left a chair and a table in another room that I had to put back. I am total not pleased with the ser... read more

customer service for making the appointment was great! The team came timely and were very courteous and respectful. This was for a rug in my 87 year old mother's apartment. The staff was very kind. Great job! Much appreciated
