Did one rug offsite cleaning and one in-house cleaning. The in-house one looks great, haven’t got the other one back yet. Just a heads up, carpet and area rugs are two different things. My mistake, got online estimate for carpet instead of (wool) area rugs which ended up being much (3x) more expensive.
Rick came to our home today for a second time. He came previously in Dec. '24. Today is Mar. '25. Both times he did an excellent job. He takes pride in his work and it's a pleasure to have him in our home. He is a fine young man. We look forward to our next cleaning with Rick. Thank you !

Rick did an amazing job! He took the time to explain the whole process and was such a pleasure to work with. My basement rug was completely restored. I was planning on replacing it with either new wall to wall or laminate flooring for $6k. A friend suggested cleaning it first before ripping it out… So glad I did, it looks brand new. Thanks Rick!
