This is my second of 2 recent experiences have Stanley Steemer to cleaner 5 rooms of carpet, stairs, halls ( in early June) and now (in August)the same plus a sofa sectional and 2 club chairs. I was disappointed with the first job and found that there were spots that needed but were not given more attention. Customer service did make a valiant effort to redo those areas but my schedule would not allow it. Today, however, the technician Mark, did an excellent job.
