Horrible company and horrible service! Had cleaning scheduled and they no showed and no called.

I set up an afternoon appointment on line. I took the day off work but at 1:30 I called to check on the appointment. The lady told me she called my phone in the morning, but got a busy signal so she did not send the technician. She never tried to call back a second time. My phone call log had NO incoming calls this morning! I will not call them again.

I've had great service up till now received horrible service Saturday brought a nasty lhoes into my house smell like dog. then came back today and said they did nothing wrong. then had to pay for a deodorizer for their screw up. absolutely ridiculous
