I booked my appointment for November 4, 2019 for the hours between 8am-12pm. The technician whose name I won't disclose did perform my service. However, he informed me that my bedroom and living room would cost the charge of two rooms. Also, when I noticed that my $25 was not applied (a promo running at the Richmond Hill Stanley Steemer office) he informed me that it was in fact taken off, which it was not! Scheduled an appointment online only to be called 5 days later to be told they were not working that day so I could not have the appointment I scheduled for. Complete waste of my time.
Brian and Corey arrived promptly following a text that they were on their way; introduced themselves and quickly got to work leaving my old carpeting as if new. Pleasant, professional experience.
I love Stanley Steemer! They got me in during the holidays with a one day notice. Excellent job. I did have to ask the technician to go over a couple areas. Which he did cheerfully. And that took care of the problem. Couldn't be happier! Have used them in all my houses.
I needed my carpets cleaned as soon as possible. It didn't look like it was going to happen in time for our open house, but then Stanley Steemer's scheduler called with an opening the same day. Hallelujah! I was very satisfied with Emmanuel's and Fortunato's work. The stairs could have been been vacuumed a little more to dry them out better, but overall I'm really pleased. They worked really hard. The carpets look good. Thank you!
my carpet was full of buckles after he was done. i had another company come in to stretch the carpet and they said it looked like the carpet was only 40% clean...i will never use this company again. Victor was on his cell phone a lot of the time he was here
Very disappointed in this experience. Technicians very pushy about other services offered .....carpets, rugs, tile....even after being told twice I only wanted my sofa cleaned. Three plus times later and a semi-cleaned sofa later I will use a local service next time.

just had an excellent experience with Stanley Steemer cleaning my carpets. Greg and Charles came within the time frame arranged. I was called by the Gambrills office to let me know they were on their way. Greg and Charles were very friendly, did an excellent job on the challenging stains and were very professional. Importantly, they didn't try to upsell me like so many complain about. I would highly recommend Greg and Charles as a team and this Stanley Steemer franchise.
