Worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid 350.00 for them to install filters in air ducts. They cashed my check but Never showed. I called for a year and they lied to me several times to say they sent my money back but it must of gotten lost. They are crooks plain and simple. My attorney will now be in touch with them. They should not be allowed to run a business. This will cost them more than 350 dollars when I get done with them

Poor customer service. Poor communication. Not punctual
Got an online quote for $189 for 3 room carpet cleaning and dryer vent ($75). Plus there was supposed to be a $99 special for the carpet cleaning. Total price should have been $174. They only cleaned 2 of the 3 rooms. Added a $50 deodorizer I didn’t want and didn’t give the 3 room discount. Total price charged was $236 ($62 over original price).

Paid $600 for a horrible job on my tile floor.
Very bad experience with Stanley Steamer. Picked up 4 rugs on June 26th and expected return on June 29th. Did not come. Checked paperwork and it said July 3, ok, when men came to do inside carpet. They showed up 1 and 1/2 hours late with no call or explaination. Made terrible mess on patio from dirty water from prior job and leaking hose. Brought no rugs. Said girl was bringing them in truck.
