Jesus was exceptional!
I was told that I would be able to use my last cleaning at our new home in Encinitas Ca.. That was false information since they are all independently run. I was not informed that the cleaning was going to expire and it did and now I can’t use the cleaning on the house we are selling in the Bay Area. I explained my dissatisfaction and was meet with oh well to bad have a nice day. Horrible customer service.
Jason was a professional and very knowledgeable about what he and Stanley Steemer offers and the process. Was quick and did a fantastic job with our carpets.
