I called SS back to redo carpets that were not cleaned the first time and the 2 service people were there 19 minutes (5 rooms) and the carpets did not change. We were told to contact their supervisor if we were not satisfied. Sadly we put our house up for sale and the carpets are not clean.
They did a great job! Our carpet had some nasty stains and it looked like new when they were done.
The Service lads who cleaned our carpets and armchairs were courteous and tidy and did a great job.
