I do have to say that this Is a great company but I dont like that the techs have to be clean shaven or can only have mustaches ! I feel that if you can grow facial hair keep it maintained and looking nice !
Stanley steemer came to my home, Ayer telling me the cost would be "around 140" cleaned and THEN TELL ME THAT IT'LL BE 284 FOR THE CLEANING. TALKED OVER ME when I was calmly expressing that they had come and cleaned it 6 months ago for 100 less. He assured me that they hadn't raised their price and keep saying well if you have the receipt from last time. ..which I produced for him only to talk over me again. Will NEVER USE OUR RECOMMEND AGAIN!
