Service was initially fine, reps seemed friendly and communicative. But unfortunately, due to a misleading initial assessment that increased on the actual servicing date, as well as misleading costs for additional hardware pushed on me, I have had to alter my review to reflect what I feel was manipulative treatment. Do not let them push misleading additional costs and services on you, ask very carefully what charges will occur.
