There was a bit of bait and switch. I had placed my request online for carpet cleaning and sofa cleanings. The system sent an email with the projected price but when it came to do the job price had jumped. The reason was the tech pointed out that their website only had a discount for carpet cleanings on the projected price not the actually cost.
