Gerry was excellent. He was professional as well as being very friendly and helpful. He was on time and Iwould ask for him again next time I have my carpets cleaned. I always use this particular Stanley Steamer franchise as it is woman owned and I have never had anything to complain about them. I call them direct and DO NOT use the Stanley Steamer 800 number. Prices and service is far better that way.
