I was given a four hour window for their arrival, and they were late. It was only by five minutes, but they had a four hour window. I had an appointment that I was almost late for.
I've used Stanley Steamers twice already & they have exceeded my expectations! They got stains & pet odor out I didn't think was possible. Excellent service from the scheduling to the guys treating the carpet.10/10
