Johnny and Ski were very personable and knowledgeable. They were.very sensitive to all of our needs and clearly explained everything so that we could make an educated decision.
I had the carpet cleaned in 2 bedrooms. I am disappointed with the results. After the technicians left I still had to clean some areas in the carpet myself. The floors were excessively wet but not totally clean. They were fast but not efficient.
The guys at Stanley Steamer do a fantastic job. They were very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will use them again!
