They removed an extremely difficult pet stain from our bedroom carpet. Our dog was sick and lost his bowels. We had two very large and dark spots on our white carpet. After the Mishawaka Stanley Steemer group cleaned the carpet we had no more spots or smell.) We have had then clean our carpets on several occasions prior and have always been very satisfied with the customer service and cleaning results. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
