We scheduled an appointment online and were told that we would receive an email confirmation and then a phone call. We did not receive an email confirmation or any phone calls. Towards the end of the timeframe of our appointment I called them. The person that answered the phone did not have access to see if we even had an appointment. I told them I wasn't interested when they finally did finally show up. They alleged that they had called four times, which is not true. We recently suffered a house fire. Michael and Jeff and their teams have been amazing every step of the way so far. Jeff's knowledge, training and professionalism is outstanding. He has walked us through every step thus far and I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend the Stanley Steamer of Rapid City team!
Bono and Lane cleaned our tile and it was so worth it! In addition, Bono was polite, conscientious, thorough and obviously takes great pride in his work. We will definitely use them again!
They showed up three and a half hours late. The job was rushed. It looked clean until it dried. Some spots took two days to dry. We won’t be using them again.
Bono & Frank showed up a touch earlier than expected, but got to the job right away. Did an AMAZING job cleaning the areas we expected, and we did a few other tasks also while they were here. WORTH EVERY PENNY! There are a lot of carpet cleaning businesses in the Black Hills, but we use them exclusively after trying a few others earlier in our home ownership. Bono & Frank are a perfect example of why we do. Thanks, guys!
