Shawn sold me a Vic west steel roof system for a custom home. Turns out he had no idea how the product worked. He supplied me with the wrong seamer for the roof, then he was not able to tell me were I could find the proper seamer and left it in my hands. I found it. The seamer was only available through a US rental company. By the time I had it shipped to Canada where it sat a customs for a few days, seamed the roof when weather cooperated, shipped back, again sitting at customs for a few days, my bill was close to 3500 cdn.... read more
