The secretary seemed rude and didnt even let me explain the reason I was calling. I called to swap a shackle that had worn bushings. A 30 minute job that involves 4 bolts. I would do it myself but I dont wanna buy a jack to lift my truck. I guess I will keep looking for a shop to do the swap
