For years, I had my rv inspected by this establishment. Recently. Needed an estimate on front end repairs, such as lower control arms etc on my car. I went to Stanley spring & suspension to get an estimate and the two ladies at the front didn't even bother to come to the counter to tend to me. I had to explain to them , from the counter , what i needed. They stated that the person that did estimates was out, didn't know when he would return , I think they stated he was out on medical.
