Back in 2012, Stanley Shade installed 3 custom Hunter Douglas metal mini-blinds in my remodeled kitchen. They did a super job. Last year, I called Stanley Shade to see if they could find replacements for the cracked plastic end pieces on the bottom rung of the shades. Within a week, the replacements were available at no charge. Just this last week, I needed tabs to replace the cracked tabs holding the strings in place on those bottom rungs.
