They had a billing error that ACH'd my account 6x for my quarterly fire alarm monitoring billing. It's been a month and still no call, no email nothing! I've emailed every email address I can find online or on the statement and still no reply. I've called their billing dept and been on hold for an hour. ZERO Stars

If I could do 0 stars I would. Worst customer service, worst monitoring I have ever used. You can never get ahold of anyone. God forbid you ever need a password reset. There are better companies and I will be moving to them.
Stanley sent me 11 bills expecting payment. I have no relationship with Stanley or any of the 11 companies listed on the billing invoices. Fraudulently sending bills to non-customers is not what one would expect from a security company. Unable to speak with the billing department or contact them. I have no idea how they even got my name or address to send the package of bills.
Chris from the Michigan Stanley Security company was fabulous. Came out within 30 mins, fixed our door and walked me through everything. Very professional and knowledgeable. Saved our day here at Extra Space Storage.
