We were with Custom Security for decades and then they were purchased by Stanley Security. Custom Security was a local company and Stanley is a national company, so we were worried that our service would be degraded. On the one hand, wait times when we call in for service have gone up. It's harder to get someone on the line to schedule an appointment if we have trouble with our hardware, but the service technicians we have access to are amazing.
