Great Customer service, great feedback, assisted me in a very friendly , timely manner.
Ever wonder why you have false alarms all the time? They solder wires with cig lighters instead of using soldering guns. Or they don’t solder at all and just twist the wires together and hope for the best. This is one of the reasons why they constantly have false alarms. Most of the alarm systems are also Installed incorrectly per the alarm panel manufacturers instructions. I don’t know who’s worse their so called techs or geek squad.
