Zero help. Bad equipment. False alarms constantly. EDIT TO ADD: Attempted to cancel our contract within the terms stated. They kept calling for false alarms. We went with a different company and had all of our equipment replaced and all of the Stanley (Securitas) equipment disconnected. Problems when it was Stanley and now with Securitas. I moved all my stores away from them. They could not get billing correct and could not get any Supervisor or Manager to ever respond. My contract ended and they are still trying to bill me.
