there's no one at work at this company. They don't answer phones, they don't answer emails, they won't even tell you how to pay their invoices. Absolutely the bottom of the barrel.

Horrible monitoring company. Everytime i call im transferred 4 times and put on hold forever between each transfer. Then i talk to someone thats incredibly hard to understand because they barely speak english. Was recently hung up on too because the operator "had other customers to get to" even though i was in the middle of commissioning a fire alarm account. Just awful, avoid at all costs

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I have no words….except in the screenshots attached. I spent over 3hrs getting transferred between people and on hold…and this is all I receive?

Nearly impossible to reach and almost more impossible to get any service. You'll call to put in a ticket, but they won't tell you when someone can come to your location; they simply show up. Then when they do show up, they can't fix the issue that we told them about. We've had an issue with this Total Connect portal from Resideo that Stanley/Securitas set up for us, but the techs from Securitas tell us to call this other number at Securitas, and those individuals tell us to reach out to Resideo, who tells us to reach out to ... read more
