These people are impossible to get hold of. You can die of old age on hold with them.
I am really disappointed with this company. Unfortunately I ended up with this company without my consent when they acquired Honeywell security, which we had as our security system. Recently, we had water damage to our panel and and I am still working for some one from LOCAL branch to give me the estimate and schedule an appointment for replacement. I have left messages on local branch manager voice mail, number given by national team. make things worse I got the bill for service and diagnostic, without problem being fixed.
I've also had a very negetive experience with these people. They're frustrating to deal with and the local office is run like garbage. I've been trying to schedule service for weeks. I'm taking my business to another service as I write this. If you're considering Stanley, I strongly recommend staying away. They're more concerned about their larger clients like BMO Harris and such. They've fallen short at every aspect of customer care and client relations. I'll be reviewing on another account as well.
