This company is hard to get a hold of, their call centers don’t even seem to be legitimate company phone lines, the websites are so convoluted that I can’t even tell if it’s a real website or some fake fraudster website trying to get us to give them our security pin. We had a serious break-in of a family member’s house, this company came out installed more security, but failed to secure the one area that got broken into and it just happened again. Very unprofessional. Drivers are careless and actually look if though they are on some sort of drug. Stay away from Securitas!!
It's very hard to get anything from them a simple paperwork that shows fire alarm passing inspection they I have called 4x times and talked to different people and they say they going send a email and nothing yet horrible customer service I don't re commend for any company
