Company bought out Honeywell years ago. Our service was transferred over. I just realized our alarm system wasn’t connecting and called for repair. They brought up a $67 charge from 2020 and refused to send a repairman until it was paid. I have paid our yearly bill and never was this $67 put on an invoice. The statute of limitations to even collect has expired and they never sent an invoice for it. Mark ,A., at Washington hospital touched my bags, after asking me to put them on the desk. After opening my bags for him to see what is inside my bags Mark touched and moved my bags around hastily. There was no persons in front of behind me. I was the only patient checking in to see a doctor. I did not give permissions for him to move my bags for me. He made degraded comments to me regarding females and spoke condescending. I am flabbergasted. And, he refused to give me a name for his supervisor.

This complaint is not about the service of This company. but it is for one of the employees of this company, yesterday I was driving from half moon bay to San Mateo at 9:45 with A baby on board and in the rearview mirror I saw A car that was coming very fast and with its high beams flashing at me forced me to get off the road, I had two cars that were ahead of me and it was very dangerous to cross them, but the securitas driver didn't care and he crossed the two cars that were ahead of me, putting everyone at risk. Very disappointing to have a 5 minute magnet replacement cost $370.52 especially after we caught the technician sitting in his van doing nothing for 25 minutes. Smacks of someone burning off time so that they can charge more for a service repair visit. What is more pathetic is we contacted Stanley Security they "could not talk but would have a supervisor call us right back"- and a week plus later we are still waiting. If you are thinking about engaging Stanley Security-be aware!
