I tried to make an appointment, my doctor sent records in the morning (I called to confirm) after sitting on hold for 10 minutes I was transferred to Nicole who apparently is the only one who can make an appointment just to be told my records aren’t there and it’s usually a three day process to schedule once they receive the records. I hung up called my doctor once again to request they fax my records again and they confirmed they had sent them but would send them again.
