Dr Rossman almost killed me with poor medical care. By the time I saw another doctor, Dr Schiller at UCLA, several of my organs were failing. Dr Schiller took over my care for leukemia and he saved my life!
Dr. Rossman treated my colorectal cancer 5 years ago and although I am NED, he still watches to make sure it has not metastasized. Additionally, he is treating me for side effects of the radiation that caused and is causing additional damage. Dr Rossman and his entire staff are wonderful. He knows what he is doing and if he questions something, he has no problem sending me to a different specialist. Great Dr. Recommend him to everyone. Hes the best and listens to what you have to say. even if hes not a primary Dr he still cares like one.
This dr was letting me die. He prescribed one pill, Gleevac, to treat my acute lymphocytic leukemia, Philadelphia chromosome. One morning I had an appointment with him. Didn’t notice I had jaundice and my liver and spleen were falling because he just took a blood smear and not a formal CBC blood draw. Later the same day I saw Dr Schiller at UCLA who hospitalized me the next day to save my organs and then to start chemo. I had multiple blood infusions as well. I was hospitalized for 9 days!
Dr. Rossman seemed ok when I first met him. I was treated for breast cancer stage 3 at City of Hope in 2011. When I met Stanley Rossman it was 2016 and was now metastasis to the bone. After being with his office for six months I had a rude awakening. Having a sharp pain in my right ear, called the office but was told to call my PCP, PCP told me call oncologist, this went back and forth 3 times. When Dr. Rossman finally agreed to see me I discovered he did not know the cancer was in my skull.
Dr. Rossman is a God send! He is so good at making a real connection with his patients. After 4 months working with another chemotherapist who didn't answer questions and barely spoke during the most scary time of my life. If only I had been able to start with Dr. Rossman. I highly recommend Dr. Rossman!
