I appreciated the work your technician did to seal openings where rodents might enter the house or subfloor area. However, I was surprised and very much disappointed that no one from your company would crawl under the house when a dead animal odor was noticed. Your technician would only check traps that were set just inside the crawlspace opening and place some anti-odor bags. For the amount of money I paid for your services, I thought they should at least include crawling under the house to look for rodents.
The technician was on time, professional, punctual. All work is done to my satisfaction. I will definitely call them back if needed.
We have been using Stanley Pest Control for years and as always, the technicians are neat, clean, knowledgeable and extremely professional
