I initially called this company to handle a gopher problem in my yard. They solved the gopher and rodent issue after the very first visit, which I really appreciated. Based on that success, I agreed to their upsell and signed up for a monthly pest control subscription. Unfortunately, the ongoing service has been a massive disappointment. I appreciated the work your technician did to seal openings where rodents might enter the house or subfloor area. However, I was surprised and very much disappointed that no one from your company would crawl under the house when a dead animal odor was noticed. Your technician would only check traps that were set just inside the crawlspace opening and place some anti-odor bags. For the amount of money I paid for your services, I thought they should at least include crawling under the house to look for rodents.
