Today, we had tickets for 2 adults and 1 child at 7:00 PM, but just as it was our turn, the train broke down, and we waited for over an hour. We had already spent 2 hours trying to purchase these tickets, and today we traveled all the way from New Westminster with our child, full of excitement. However, instead of adding a new session or addressing our inconvenience, we were informed that we would receive a refund. We don’t want a refund; we want to ride the train. This issue wasn’t caused by us.
So disappointed. I can't even begin to tell why. Power outage ?? But no other day or chance to go another time ?
This review is specifically for the ghost train in October. Been going to the ghost train for about 20 years now, and this year, 2024, was so lame, it’s like they barely put any effort into it at all anymore. Was way way better in the past. Very disappointed.
