I had a very disappointing experience with Stanley Park Dental Centre. I booked an appointment that was confirmed multiple times by text. On the day of the appointment, they suddenly cancelled, saying their hygienist was sick and that they would call me once the office opened to reschedule. I never received that call. Terrific service as usual. I have been regularly visiting this dental office for 34 years.
I had a very good experience with the hygienist – I would give her more than 5 stars. Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting her again because I don’t want to return to this clinic. Here’s how I got scammed: I was quoted an estimate of $100 when I booked my appointment. During the appointment, I was told the cost would be $130. I accepted it because I didn’t want to reschedule.
