Morgan is fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable, always an enjoyable visit. Admin respond quickly, good reminders and will explain splits of costs on request.
The staff are unbelievably excellent. On my last visit, to have a cavity dealt with, they were as usual great about explaining the procedure ( and I really didn't feel the Freezing Injection at ALL ) and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Great results, and great staff all around!!
Having been a patient at this clinic for over a decade, I switched clinics twelve years ago after relocating from the West end. During my time with Stanley Park Dental, a cavity was overlooked, which was surprising given my four annual visits as mandated by my dentist and fulfilled by my work insurance policy. Fortunately, my new dentist on Commercial Drive, who is excellent, was able to repair fillings instead of replacing them.
