I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff member. From the moment I arrived, she appeared unfriendly, dismissive, and uninterested in providing basic customer service. Her communication was abrupt, and she often spoke in a short, curt manner that came across as disrespectful. I always have such a great experience with Anna and Vivian! Their professionalism and kindness really stand out, and you can tell they truly know their craft.
