Unfortunately haven't read the reviews before I try the bad service. Unfriendly rude eceptionist and bad quality products. This was by far the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The service was extremely poor. I had one of my nails removed and came back to have it fixed. Now I understand why this Scottsdale location has only 3 stars. I wouldn’t even give it 1. Shellac should last around THREE WEEKS. Mine started peeling after only 8 days. They fixed it once, but then it happened AGAIN… and AGAIN. This is now the THIRD time I’ve had the same problem. Charged 86$ for it to chip within less than a week. Asked for a full refund as it’s the second time it’s happened and only offered 15$ and rude attitude ontop. Unacceptable, especially within one week.
Extremely Disappointing Experience I honestly wish I could give this salon zero stars. I went in today genuinely excited to get my nails done. I wanted something extremely simple: French tips on my natural nails, with a small heart on the ring finger.
