Regular pedicure non gel polish. Technician was quick and tidy. Massage was nice and scrub was great. Overall a good experience. It is busy but I booked ahead for Delta location and was greeted and seated right on time. Now I have happy holiday toes.
Had a lovely experience here, everyone is so welcoming and sweet! Mai did my nails and I must say she was right on point! Told me the price ahead of time and kept checking that I liked it! Definitely will be coming back
Worst customer service. They don't even respect their customers. They just show unnecessary tantrums and attitude. I gave her a reference picture for my nail art but when she started I didn't like the way she did, so I asked her the design she made is not upto my expectations but she didn't stop. I’ve been coming to this salon monthly for fills for about three years, and in that time the quality and customer service have gone downhill significantly. Yesterday, on July 30, I called about a broken nail from a fill I had gotten done just the day before, on July 29. The receptionist told me not to come at 4 or 5 p.m. because they were too busy but refused to give me a specific time slot. Very rude owner has disgusting behaviour as an owner of a store how embarrassing. Please do not go to this nail salon they charged me 85 dollars for refill which is suppose to be 50 plus tax). I paid 85 dollars here for a NEW SET last week. How can a refill also be 85 dollars makes zero sense… I could have just gotten a new set? I came back after one week with 10 lifting nails.
