Had a lovely experience here, everyone is so welcoming and sweet! Mai did my nails and I must say she was right on point! Told me the price ahead of time and kept checking that I liked it! Definitely will be coming back
Worst customer service. They don't even respect their customers. They just show unnecessary tantrums and attitude. I gave her a reference picture for my nail art but when she started I didn't like the way she did, so I asked her the design she made is not upto my expectations but she didn't stop. I kept saying I didn't like the design but she didn't pay any attention. Then I straightforwardly said that I don't like it and then she started removing it in anger and drilled my nails so hard. Regular pedicure non gel polish. Technician was quick and tidy. Massage was nice and scrub was great. Overall a good experience. It is busy but I booked ahead for Delta location and was greeted and seated right on time. Now I have happy holiday toes.
