I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff member. From the moment I arrived, she appeared unfriendly, dismissive, and uninterested in providing basic customer service. Her communication was abrupt, and she often spoke in a short, curt manner that came across as disrespectful. I always have such a great experience with Anna and Vivian! Their professionalism and kindness really stand out, and you can tell they truly know their craft. I loved this location. I loved that Scottsdale finally had something like this. I loved Jack 💯😁 one of their specialty nail techs and honestly the work itself was beautiful. But the front desk experience completely changed it for me. Even after spending hundreds of dollars there over time, I always felt more like a transaction than a person.
