The DR is great but it’s very apparent that his staff is terrible in how they communicate, how they respond and how they treat patients. Wellstar needs to do a review of the staff at this location and get rid of the nurses and techs with the bad attitudes. Professionalism goes a long way.
I absolutely love Dr. Mogelnicki he's an amazing doctor. The issue I constantly have is trying to get anything accomplished through My Chart and I always get the same response that Dr. Mogelnicki is aware of my requests. I have waited a week and sometimes 3 weeks to get anything handled. Then when I send a message through my chart I get told to stop sending messages because all I am doing is slowing down the process. Pretty great office if you enjoy 3 hour routine visit wait times, and needing to use "mychart" to be their free employee to keep up w everything the office staff should do. No thanks.
This review does not relate to Dr. Mogelnicki but to several people in his office who interacted with us by phone yesterday and this morning. They were incompetent and even not truthful. It's almost unbelievable. My husband was scheduled to have an appointment with Dr. Mogelnicki today. Terry called yesterday to ask if he was supposed to have had labs before the appointment.
