Prior to making an appointment with Dr Mogelnicki, I asked a few friends whom are medical professionals for their recommendations. Dr Mogelnicki was referred. I've been seeing him several years. He is professional, has great understanding of medications and is willing to take the time to explain. He listens and does not rush through. I've referred friends to him.
Terrible practice! Have made 4 calls and left nessages about response to Georgia Driver services request . I Called and left two messages in general mailbox on Thursday and the on Friday left two more for Nurse Joy! Still no return call! Looks like its time to find a more responsive Primary Care provider! Terrible support staff! This non response has caused my Drivers License to be suspended as well!
The only doctor who has treated my health issues properly. I was diagnosed with gout and hypertension as early as 1990 but he was the first with a plan.
The DR is great but it’s very apparent that his staff is terrible in how they communicate, how they respond and how they treat patients. Wellstar needs to do a review of the staff at this location and get rid of the nurses and techs with the bad attitudes. Professionalism goes a long way.
I absolutely love Dr. Mogelnicki he's an amazing doctor. The issue I constantly have is trying to get anything accomplished through My Chart and I always get the same response that Dr. Mogelnicki is aware of my requests. I have waited a week and sometimes 3 weeks to get anything handled. Then when I send a message through my chart I get told to stop sending messages because all I am doing is slowing down the process.
