Living in the condos is hell. When I was buying the home I was informed that noise was minimal to none. I can hear everything happening in Unit B. I can’t wait to sell and move. It’s is basically like living in an apartment. I could barely hear my neighbors. I hear everything from unit B including when they use the bathroom.

I had an amazing experience working with the Stanley Martin team at West Broad Landing. This has been my first home buying experience, and I was very nervous going into it. Kristina Holt went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure I understood the different home options and thorough review of the contract to be sure that I was making the right decision for me and that there should be no surprises to come up. We had a great experience buying our condo. Everybody at the sales office was super responsive and answered all our questions promptly and with great detail. We moved into the condo in late May which was exactly the week that was given to us as an estimate when we put in our deposit earlier this year. We are enjoying living in our new house a lot - the community is great - welcoming and inclusive.
