We recently put a down payment on a unit that is under construction at Washington Terrace. Linda (site manager/realtor) has been very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Jeff (the builder) led us on an excellent tour of our partially finished unit and clearly knew all the construction details. This team, the location, and the pricing all have contributed to us being very happy with our decision.
