Oof. I had really high hopes for Stanley Martin. Their salesperson was very friendly and like-able but don't trust anything he says. I bought a house from them and I was very excited for all of these amenities and beautiful spaces we were supposed to have. Boy was I wrong. Moved here in 2020, and in 2023 there are still empty overgrown lots with equipment sitting in them rusting.
