Have lived here for 4 years. The HOA ( CSI Communities ) is horrible. They do nothing to maintain rules and regulations. From kids riding loud mini bikes up and down the streets, to people bot picking up after their pets, to cars parking in streets making it difficult to get in and out of your driveway. They have signs posted regarding parking in street but have yet to enforce or tow the first vehicle. There are vehicles parked in front of fire hydrants. Utility trailers parked on street. People do not curb their dogs in this community and it’s truly disgusting and lazy for one to not do so especially since there free doggy poop bags on nearly every corner of the neighborhood!
I recently relocated out of Terrell/Catawba County to a better part of the state! They demolished the Ol' Country Store and it's changing. This is what happens when the South sells out for money and modernization.
