They never finished the 11 month warranty service Brian Smith is the worst employee
Purchased home, delayed closing, had to store belongings. Excuses made about everything that was questioned. House was promised with screen porch, and not delivered. Had to have attorney talk to them for a credit on screening which was a hassle. 60 Day inspection didn't happen, sent them message that they did not come to inspect, then we got a phone call that we are in the neighborhood, can we come over. We moved into our new home in October and had our first inspection the first of December and we showed the Stanley Martin representative a drawer front in our master bath that had a hole drilled in it in the wrong place by the installer installing the drawer pulls, he tried to cover it up and never intended on replacing it, it is now Jan 25th and we are still waiting for a replacement.
