We just went into contract on a lot at The Retreat at Laurelbrook in Sherrills Ford, NC. We originally lived in Long Island, NY, but have been in NC for the past 16yrs in Wilmington. We are relocating from Long Island, NY to the Retreat at Laurelbrook. We looked at many other communities in the area, but wanted an active 55+ community with a pool. We love the house designs that Laurelbrook offers and the fact that this is a new community. We have had great people to work with associated with Stanley Martin and Laurelbrook. We highly recommend checking out this new and up and coming Community.
