Company lacks in customer care. Very limited in offering accomodations to supply differences and quality of work disputes. Disappointed with our care after the purchase of our home.
Very disappointed in the craftsmanship of these homes. For the price point we paid the product and materials used inside My home is inferior to what it should be. Also very disappointed in our warranty process. I was basically told a lot of the work is now a homeowners responsibility instead of them coming back and fixing things like exposed screws and painting. Safe to say I won't be building with Stanley Martin in the future.
