The neighborhood and owners who actually live in their unit are awesome. Owners who live here are super nice and friendly! There are however homes purchased by realtor groups who list on Airbnb and only short term rentals. Our sales reps knew this information and out right lied to a few owners stating Stanley Martin doesn't allow nor did they advise other owners about short- term renters living next door. Our sales reps stated for last two buildings we had more than enough parking, went on to say 2 spots for each unit. Well ... read more
Ashley was great to work with. She recognized immediately that I wanted to move at my own pace . She provided multiple options and was very complete in setting my expectations around design, options, and timeframe. She did an excellent job of building rapport with my realtor and keeping her in the loop as well. She did a wonderful job and is the reason I decided on this property!
