I come to this pool at this community maybe 2 days a week they never pay attention to the kids. I come to this pool at this community maybe 2 days a week usually the weekends. They never pay attention to the kids. They let the kids climb over the middle bar. They don't say anything at all they don't ever pay attention to nothing but there phone. Video calls all day every day.
I saw Melissas comment and totally agree they do nothing but both sit by the door and stay on there phone the whole time video calling there friends while all these kids are swimming they don't even watch. I know I should of said something months ago about this but today I saw them both on the phone again and there boss came and both of them got up immediately and started doing stuff. They just sit by the door all day everyday.

The life guards here are horrible. I literally watched a kid start drowning and none of the life guards did anything about it then the mom of the child jumps in and saves her own kid. Both of the lifeguards were on there phone and didn't even notice. One life guard was always on there stand and one at the table by the door then out of no where both would just sit at the table by the pool on video chat with there friends the whole time woth no lifeguard on there stand. Don't come here if you have kids that love the pool. Your kids would be upset. Lifeguards can't be trusted i waited for almost 2 hours today because of thunder and tons of families as well
