If Zero stars were an option I would give it. Stanley Martin doesn't care about families. They took residential zoned property and used campaign donations to get it rezoned (Devlin Technology Park in Bristow, VA) to place ~10 huge loud data centers right next to homes and schools in Bristow. My daughter and I went to metro point in Landover Sunday to look at a model for the Glendale property we ask the gentleman a question he was really rude and making unprofessional comments also during a pandemic we was touring another unit and people were having a brunch with no mask we couldn’t look at the kitchen area or dinning room area truly a turn off and against CDC guidelines we will not be visiting again.

Heels sinking isn’t great:( I expected more from Stanley Martin. Then this morning without any prior notice to any of us... neighbors included they ... read more
