I know someone who lives here, kinda rude but also not uh yeah
I purchased a essex homes and the staff was friendly during building process and closing. My issue came from warranty department. They do not honor issues that they bandaid until the first year of warranty is kover. For future homeowners I recommend that you make sure they fix issue and not send techs to bandaid it and say its not their problem anymore.
