I did a preview of this neighborhood for some out of town clients of mine. I was shown through two homes by the sales agent Morgan. She was very helpful and the homes at Barony Overlook are beautiful. I will definitely be recommending this neighborhood to more clients that are looking for privacy and quality construction.
If you want to live like a Baron, this is the place! Incredible lots (1+ acre) with your own private forest. Great floor plans that you won’t find anywhere else. Plus, tons of things that come standard in your design that are costly upgrades with other builders. Morgan Tyree is a pleasure to deal with and always keeps us up to date with the building process. This is our second custom build and it's night and day over the other builders.
