Our experience started our great. Here we are 16 months later and I am just ready to get the process over with. Communication has been subpar. We haven’t had any delays with receiving supplies but there has been delay after delay with getting the work done. Every other builder is completing homes with in a year time frame and it seems that Stanley Martin is hiring the cheapest subcontractors that they can find.
