One year inspection scheduled for two days they spent two hours each day and did not complete issues that where pointed out, area manger sucks and should retire
This company has very unfair business practices, they have terrible customer service, the way they use to post on Zillow wonderful houses at really low prices attracting a lot of people to their developments to let them know then, the house was just sold but you can build similar for over $50.000 dollars more, other way, they offer that wonderful house in a subdivision that are completely sold out just to create traffic to sell the new subdivision they are developing in a less appealing area. Worst builder! They have the cheapest appliances and make you just run around in a circle and nothing gets done. It's been over 6months and still not fixed with the linking on my ceiling. They just wanna paint it over and over again Just to cover it. The dishwashers were broken the first day I used them. Still, they haven't come out once. they didn’t have a pipe connected under my sink. It’s unbelievable how they even pass inspections! if there was a zero star, I would’ve given them zero! They don’t even deserve one star!
The finish quality of the home is okay at best. The order that things are done defines logic. Hardwood floors and carpet were installed before painting and final drywall repairs were completed. Both the carpet and wood floors were covered in mud by the workers feet that were in and out of the house. The painters did a horrible job calking the trim work, there are blobs of calking in all crevasses.
