Wonderful! I am not sure of his last name, but I must say how WONDERFUL Tim (the individual that I have been working with regarding the 3 month walk-through and some warranty issues). His customer service skills are outstanding and he is truly a kind-hearted person! I am a single mother and he has gained my complete trust and confidence!
