Horrible! “In my experience, Dr. Augustin was not present pre-op, during surgery, or post-op. My hernia was operated on by a resident and medical student without my consent or imaging scans, and it failed immediately. I have filed complaints with the Missouri Board of Healing Arts and DHSS, which are currently under investigation. In my opinion, billing me as if he performed the surgery himself is fraudulent. Patients deserve to know what happened to me so they can make an informed choice.”
